MARKETING PORTFOLIO

   The Marketing Portfolio is an accumulation of the student's work, research assignments, and a demonstration of knowledge and understanding of marketing concepts.

PORTFOLIO CONTENT REQUIREMENTS

The Marketing Portfolio will be checked after each unit for completeness.  These Portfolio Checks will count as 30% of the term grade which is 70% of the overall grade. The Marketing Portfolio will be graded for both completeness and presentation in accordance with the Marketing Portfolio Grading Rubric at the end of the semester and will count as the final exam grade which is 30% of the overall grade.

The Marketing Portfolio will be a presentation consisting of sample work and examples which represent each aspect of the units covered. 

All pages will be artistic, colorful, grammatically correct with no spelling errors, and professional in appearance!

All one page papers will use 1” margins all around, 12pt, Times New Roman, single spaced!

UNIT 1

- Adjectives describing your temperament -

- Typical jobs entered by your temperament -

- Top five values -

UNIT 2

Unit Vocabulary and Definitions*

3 different examples which show the necessity of understanding mathematical concepts.

An explanation of the concept will be included.

A one page paper describing what role Algebra will play in your future.

UNIT 3

Unit Vocabulary and Definitions*

1 example which shows demographic marketing. Example

1 example which shows geographic marketing.

1 example which shows psychographic marketing.

  An explanation of how your example demonstrates the marketing strategy will be included.

Create an informational brochure that uses all three marketing strategies to promote an automobile of your choice. Example

Classify each business as large/small, profit/nonprofit, private/public, goods/service (at least one example must be nonprofit)   Example

UNIT VOCABULARY AND DEFINITIONS

The vocabulary term should easily distinguishable from its definition through the use of font, color or both.

The definition will immediately follow the term.
